How do Optiora credits work?
Credits are the single currency for every action in Optiora. Each tool consumes a set number of credits — for example, a full product optimization uses 650 credits, while an A+ image generation costs 25. Your monthly plan gives you a credit pool, and you can top up at any time.
What happens when monthly credits renew?
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are separate and never expire.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits remain on your account until you use them, even if your subscription changes or renews.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. You keep any unused top-up credits.
Does the Free plan include premium AI models?
Yes. All plans, including Free, use Optiora's premium AI models for image generation and optimization.
Which actions include a watermark?
Only the Free plan adds an Optiora watermark to exported images. All paid plans produce watermark-free exports.
Can I process multiple products at once?
Paid plans (Editor, Studio, Scale) support batch processing for up to 20 products at a time. The Free plan processes one product at a time.
What happens if a generation fails?
If an image generation or optimization fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account.
