Frequently asked questions
How do Optiora credits work?
Credits are the single currency for every action in Optiora. Each tool consumes a set number of credits — for example, a full product optimization uses 650 credits, while an A+ image generation costs 25. Your plan purchase gives you a credit pool for one billing period, and you can top up at any time.
What happens when a plan period ends?
Paid plan access lasts one month after successful payment. When it expires, unused plan credits stay on your account (locked until you renew) and your account returns to Free. Top-up credits are separate, never expire, and remain usable.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits remain on your account until you use them, even after a plan expires.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Purchase Editor, Studio, or Scale anytime. A new plan purchase adds the new allocation onto any leftover plan credits and starts a new one-month access period. Top-up credits are preserved.
Does the Free plan include premium AI models?
Yes. All plans, including Free, use Optiora's premium AI models for image generation and optimization.
Which actions include a watermark?
Only the Free plan adds an Optiora watermark to exported images. All paid plans produce watermark-free exports.
Can I process multiple products at once?
Paid plans (Editor, Studio, Scale) support batch processing for up to 20 products at a time. The Free plan processes one product at a time.
What happens if a generation fails?
If an image generation or optimization fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your account.
